Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use the MobiBot Rental website or request a quote, how we use it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and your rights under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019).

1. Data controller
Data protection is the responsibility of the Managing Director, reachable at CEO@AllMobileRobotics.com or through the contact details above.
2. Personal data we collect
- Details you enter in the quote form: full name, company or plant name, phone number, email, the model, quantity and rental term you are interested in, a description of the job, and any add-on options selected
- Acknowledgement records: the date and time you accepted this policy, the policy version, and whether you opted in to marketing
- Temporary technical data: your IP address, used only in server memory to rate-limit requests and block spam and never written to the database, plus the result of Cloudflare Turnstile's bot check
- Anonymous visit statistics from Vercel Analytics, such as pages viewed, country and device type, which use no cookies and do not track you across sites
- Anything you send us later by phone, LINE or email, such as a floor plan or details of the goods to be moved
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Preparing a quote, surveying your site, contacting you and performing the rental contract — necessary for a contract or pre-contractual steps (Section 24 (3))
- Preventing spam, keeping the system secure and improving the website — legitimate interests (Section 24 (5))
- Sending news, promotions and new-product information by LINE or email — consent (Section 19), only if you opt in, withdrawable at any time
- Complying with law, such as tax and accounting rules — legal obligation (Section 24 (6))
4. Disclosure and service providers
We never sell your data. We share it only as needed with:
- Our sales staff and engineers who need to contact and serve you
- Supabase Inc. — database and authentication for the website (Singapore / USA)
- Vercel Inc. — website hosting and visit statistics (USA)
- Cloudflare Inc. — verifying that form submissions are not automated (USA)
- LY Corporation (LINE) — delivering a notification of your request to our sales team's group chat (Japan / Thailand)
- Google LLC — web fonts used to display the site; your browser requests the fonts from Google (USA)
- Government authorities where required by law or a lawful order
5. International transfers
Some providers above are located or process data outside Thailand. We choose providers with internationally recognised safeguards and data-processing agreements, in line with Section 28 of the Act.
6. Retention
- Quote requests that do not lead to a contract: kept for 2 years from the last contact, then deleted or anonymised
- Customer data under a rental contract: kept for the life of the contract and for 10 years after it ends, to meet accounting and tax obligations
- Marketing data: until you withdraw consent
7. Your rights
Under the Personal Data Protection Act you have the right to:
- Access and obtain a copy of your personal data
- Have inaccurate or outdated data corrected
- Have data erased when it is no longer needed
- Suspend the use of your data temporarily
- Object to collection, use or disclosure
- Have your data transferred to another controller
- Withdraw consent, without affecting processing already carried out
- Lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC) if you believe we are not complying with the law
8. How to exercise your rights
Email contact@AllMobileRobotics.com (or the Managing Director at CEO@AllMobileRobotics.com) or call 099-615-6938, 084-164-9535. We may ask you to verify your identity first and will respond within 30 days of receiving your request.
9. Security measures
- HTTPS encryption across the whole website
- Admin access restricted to authorised staff accounts
- Row-level access rules in the database, with periodic review of who has access
- Bot protection and rate limiting on the quote form
10. Cookies and browser storage
This website uses no tracking or advertising cookies, so it shows no cookie banner. The following is stored in your browser:
- localStorage: the rental term you selected, so prices stay consistent across pages (not personal data)
- Login cookie: only for staff signed in to the admin area
- Cloudflare Turnstile may use temporary storage to verify you are not a bot
11. News and marketing
We send news and promotions only if you opt in on the quote form or tell us you would like them. You can withdraw at any time by LINE, email or phone and we will stop within 7 days.
12. Minors
Our services are for businesses and factories. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 20 years of age.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The version and effective date are shown at the top of the page, and material changes will be announced on the website.
